Can't log into my bellsouth email

I have had my bellsouth email for years on top of years.  about 2 months ago i all of a sudden my bellsouth email was logging out all the time.  i would have to log back in every other day.  Then last week i tried to log in and all of a sudden it's saying my password was not correct.  When i tried the "forgot my password" it's saying the email address and the other info i put in didn't match.  what is going on?  I have had this email for YEARS!  HELP!  I have I been hacked?  HELP PLEASE!!!!

Go to att.com and select forgot password on the sign in page. If that option does not provide a resolution, you will need to chat or call in to request for a temp password.

This is so frustrating.  I have an old bellsouth.net email address as well.  I've been having to sign in frequently by it sending me a sign in code via text.  Well now it sends me to Att.net to sign in and it says it doesn't recognize my email.  I can get to my email on my android phone and tablet, just not my PC.    I've tried signing in on Yahoo.com and att.net and nope, doesn't work.

All of us are asking the same thing and having the same problem.  Is there anyone we can actually go to physically for help with this?  I can get my emails on my android phone, but as with the others not on my computer laptop.  Passwords and logins don't work.  Please HELP!

I'm having the same issues, I'm able to check my email on my iphone and ipad but not on my PC or laptop.  This is so frustrating.  Can someone please help?

Here are some suggestions to get this fixed:

  1. If you login directly to the website, we'd suggest clearing your cache and cookies on your web browser. Trying a different browser may also help.
  2. If you use a 3rd party mail program to access your emails, You may need to make sure it supports Open Authentication(OAuth). This article can tell you how and what to do if it does not.
  3. Our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool has some other steps and suggestions that can help you regain access to your email as well.
