I have been trying for 3 weeks to get into my sbc global email account. I have changed my password multiple times , have talked with AT&T on multiple occasions and I still can’t access my sbcglobal email. I keep getting error message about username and password not being recognized by the smtp server???????? I need advice.

See if using a secure mail key in place of the password in your email client works. Read this (which includes a link to how to create a secure mail key).

I need an ATT person to walk me through the process. I have tried to reset my password but am told the system will not allow me to do so at this time.
