Can't download AT&T Security Suite powered by McAffee
I get a message stating that I am ineligible for this download. However, I AM eligible, and have verified this with ATT.
The things I've already tried per request thru online chat with ATT:
uninstalled previous version of McAffee and rebooted computer
installed Mozilla Firefox, and tried thru that browser
Any other ideas?

Going to one link that tells me to get it which takes me to a site that says this cannot be provided to me at this time is no way to provide assistance in obtaining the protection. 😞

Hi @Bearfan60,
Let us try this. Go to https://start.att.net/softwarecenter Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on download. IT should redirect you to the log in page. Try log-in in with that route. If the page times out, click on try again or press(f5) to refresh the browser. Also have you tried on another computer? Does the problem follow?
