Can't access my sbcglobal.net email for 2 weeks. Tried att.net, att.com, yahoo and either wants me to keep resetting my password or never redirects. Two phone calls to att and numerous depts and they keep saying they are working on it. Another 24 to 48 hours before fixed. Anyone have a solution .

i can no longer access my sbcglobal account says password is wrong which it is not, and now have temporary lockout

this does nothing to help. Yesterday with customer support I tried to change email password. In the past I have always accessed my sbcglobal account through Att.net. My password was saved to my desktop and I have it written down. No passwords were acceptable. I tried to reset the password but was unable evidently to correctly answer the secret questions. I called customer service and seemed to get some help. Believed password was successfully changed but I still can not access email because either my password or username is wrong. I tried to contact customer support through chat but they need a PIN (dont have one for this that I know of) They want account number (dont have one for the email adddress that I know of) and want U-Verse number (Don't have). How do I access this email account?

same problem, now going on 3 weeks. was told the account was deleted because we no longer had TV or phone with AT&T. yet I was able too to open an email acct. with att.net. Thing is... I can't get into that acct either.

2nd time in two weeks that both our sbcglobal.net emails don’t work and after spending HOURS being transferred to multiple departments, (I’m currently on hold with the 7th person today) no one can get it fixed. After the first fix on 2/10/19, the 15th (Yes FIFTEENTH) rep finally figured out our emails were “suspended” but nothing indicated why. She simply “unsuspended” them and they worked (albeit any emails that tried to be delivered were gone forever during a 24 hour period). Today the EXACT SAME THING. I can’t believe I can’t get a rep on the phone with the correct department to FIX THIS PROBLEM PERMANENTLY. We no longer have ANY accounts with ATT but was assured the sbcglobal.net was a FREE email service and that it didn’t matter. HELP ME PLEASE! I’m close to having a stroke from anxiety over all this.

Ok I just signed up to post above complaint. After doing so, message appears about replies, etc will be sent to my email. How am I supposed to BE ABLE TO CHECK MY EMAIL WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK?

I am having the SAME issue!!! I have had sbcglobal.net for years and have not had any issues. At&t said they have nothing to do with my sbcglobal.net account yet that is where I am directed to fix the issue!!

It sounds like sbcglobal.net is being phased out. I would like to begin phasing out this email address, but I have the opposite issue. I can't access my email with a password. I am required to go through an authentication process with my phone. How can I set a password so I can begin the transition process?

This happened to me this morning. Message indicated I needed to update yahoo mail via a desktop. Spent over an hour with 5 different phone calls and absolutely no help
ond person indicated my email was suspended and passed me to billing that could or would not verify any suspension
