Hi, I'm the syadmin of an ESP. For some reason most of our users with ATT email addresses are unable to receive emails from the system. We've tried numerous times reporting the issue to ATT blocks, however the issue still exists and our users are getting frustrated. Can you help please?
This is the ATT error message from our email server. We use Elastic Email as our Email service provider. They believe you are blocking our domain for some reason, as they have already moved us to another ip.
Here's an example of the error we are getting:
553 5.3.0 alph154 DNSBL:RBL 521<18.104.22.168 >_is_blocked.For information send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
This affects most of the IPs in our netblock (22.214.171.124/24) but not all.
We've reported this many times now and gotten no reply. It's been over a month. We've gone through every remediation step listed here:
Filled out the form here a number of times:
I tried this form as well:
Any help would be much appreciated!

Please remove 126.96.36.199(ehealthstaffing.com) from your block list.
We are having problems with AT&T customers(nurses) being able to access
our website and problems sending/receiving emails with them. We have not
had a reason to be on anyone's BL now or in the past. Only having issues
with AT&T(Internet & Phone) customers.

The IP provided is not listed on our RBL. I did see that the IP does not have a PTR (reverse DNS record) so that may cause delivery problems with most mail providers since that is a basic security check that most mail providers require to accept mail.
I have sent a request to have your IP removed.

We are a small internet providing company with about 500 customers. One of our customers repeatedly receives error messages from at&t that his mails will not be delivered due to blacklisted mailserver-ip. I already sent an email to email@example.com but there I get only an automated information that it will be removed automatically. Since this seems to happen several times, I'd like to figure out, WHY at&t blacklists one of our mailserver IP to avoid that situations in future.
Additionally it would be great to have a possibility to check automatically if on of our IPs is on that blacklist that we can react much more faster - It always humiliating if a customer comes and asks why...
edit: this was the Message received from mailserver:

Thanks for the help. I had a contact before through these forums that was transferred to a different department that was a lot of help in getting these fixed. Glad to see someone else is able to work on these issues.

DNSBL:ATTRBL blocks on mail server IP
We've got a mail server that has been on exactly the same static IP for various many years but in the final quite a few months started to get a "553 five.3.0 ... DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< IP_x.x.x.x >_is_blocked" mistake message when sending email messages to AT&T electronic mail addresses.
Our mail server isn't an open up relay, and only has a very tiny range of customers. It appears like individuals have obtained enable via this forum on the exact same problem before.
Is there an alternate process to Get in touch with the abuse assist besides the email@example.com e mail? I've sent numerous e-mails to that address and obtained no reaction.
"For aid forward this e-mail to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.Web (in reply to MAIL FROM command)"
Thanks to your guidance.
