Blocked Domain, Email or IP address Questions and Discussion

Hi, I'm the syadmin of an ESP.   For some reason most of our users with ATT email addresses are unable to receive emails from the system.  We've tried numerous times reporting the issue to ATT blocks, however the issue still exists and our users are getting frustrated.  Can you help please?   

 

This is the ATT error message from our email server.  We use Elastic Email as our Email service provider.  They believe you are blocking our domain for some reason, as they have already moved us to another ip. 

 

 

Here's an example of the error we are getting:

 

553 5.3.0 alph154 DNSBL:RBL 521<64.159.65.119 >_is_blocked.For information send an email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

 

This affects most of the IPs in our netblock (64.159.65.0/24) but not all.  

 

 

We've reported this many times now and gotten no reply. It's been over a month.  We've gone through every remediation step listed here:

Filled out the form here a number of times:

 

http://rbl.att.net/cgi-bin/rbl/block_admin.cgi

 

We emailed:

 

abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

 

I tried this form as well:

Any help would be much appreciated!

I just recieved confirmation that we are no longer on the AT&T blacklist.  Thanks for your help in getting us removed.

My domain is having the same problem,
att.net #521-71.13.73.75 blocked by sbc:blacklist.mailrelay.att.net. 521 DNSRBL: Blocked for abuse.

How can I get it removed.

Can not connect to webpage on 4g/LTE

It started a week ago.  A lot of people with att 4g/lte can not load the website chicagoreefs.com

Once on wifi or other phone carrier connection, the page loads fine.  Can you please help?

I am having the same issue.  I was assigned IP's that have blacklists but I was able to remove them from other major/minor ISP's in just a couple days.  I sent you a PM ATTDmitriyCM.

 

Your help would be apprechiated.

Dmitriy,

I too am experiencing the same issues with my IP address being blocked. I have submitted a number of removal requests to the form that you have linked to, and I have e-mailed the abuse e-mail address mentioned on that page. I also submitted a private message here several weeks ago but I have still seen no activity regarding this problem. What else must I do to be removed from this list? Thank you for your assistance.

Some website are not working

Hi,

 

I can't access my website novafashions  - Sometime it works, sometime not. I had talked to hosting companies they didn't find any issue at their end. Please guide. If I post this to wrong section please move my thread to correct one.

AT&T Blocking Emails

Hi,

 

My domain has been blocked for months now by AT&T and their associated domains.  I have filled out the form at att.com/blocks repeatedly with promises of a "response within 2 business days" and they never come.  I run an online job board and your users are unable to use it because they can't verify their email.

 

I am currently hosted on a VPS with a dedicated IP and I'm guessing the previous IP address owner was banned?  My site has been operational for less than a year now and there has definately not been any outgoing mass emails.

 

I would appreciate a reponse ASAP as I am fed up with the process and don't know what to do next.  Thank you.

AT&T Networks Blocking Websites IP Addresses

I am a website builder and several of my websites as well as my customers that are having trouble viewing their websites through any AT&T network. They work perfectly fine on other networks and all other technical issues have been checked. After spending an hour on the phone with still no answer I found several posts here stating the same problems that I am experiencing. 

 

Please tell me what I have to do to allow the sites that I build to be accessible through the AT&T networks.
