Access to e-mail denied.
Yesterday, June 15, 2019, I tried to access my att.net e-mail account through the yahoo.com home page (as I have, successfully, for years). After typing in my e-mail address, typically I am asked for my password; this time I was transferred to this page:
My smartphone does not have trouble automatically checking the same e-mail account. I really need to access my e-mail through my home computer. What do you advise?
Thank you!

Hi There @RASFRP,
Thank you so much for posting. There has been an update when it comes to checking your email. We are no longer using Yahoo.com as the log in portal. Please try start.att.net to access your web mail.
Try that first. If not, then we can proceed to next step.

They (ATT) recently changed the portal to access your e-mail.

I have tried logging in for almost 2 weeks to the start.att.net and this is what I get each time...
This site can’t be reached
loginprodx.att.net took too long to respond.

I have been getting emails supposedly from SBCGLOBAL indicating that my Yahoo email account is using old software and needs to updated. I called ATT and they indicated that that was not the case and that my account would not be suspended. Please advise, we have been treating this as spam.
