Access to e-mail denied.

Yesterday, June 15, 2019, I tried to access my att.net e-mail account through the yahoo.com home page (as I have, successfully, for years). After typing in my e-mail address, typically I am asked for my password; this time I was transferred to this page:

 https://loginprodx.att.net/FIM/sps/ATTidp/saml20/logininitial?RequestBinding=HTTPPost&PartnerId=http...

My smartphone does not have trouble automatically checking the same e-mail account. I really need to access my e-mail through my home computer. What do you advise?

Thank you!

Re: Access to e-mail denied.

Hi There @RASFRP,

Thank you so much for posting. There has been an update when it comes to checking your email. We are no longer using Yahoo.com as the log in portal. Please try start.att.net to access your web mail.

Try that first. If not, then we can proceed to next step.

Re: Access to e-mail denied.

If you have an ATT account and you typically sign in on Yahoo.com, you need to sign in here: start.att.net to access your e-mail.
They (ATT) recently changed the portal to access your e-mail.

Re: Access to e-mail denied.

I have tried logging in for almost 2 weeks to the start.att.net and this is what I get each time...

This site can’t be reached

loginprodx.att.net took too long to respond.
