I had ATT DSL but moved and can no longer receive the service. I was told that I could keep my @att.net email address and continue using it on yahoo.com.
I have been locked out and can't access any type of help because yahoo says it's an ATT problem, and ATT will not let me even talk on live chat or the phone without an ATT phone number linked to the address. I need some sort of help as everything Iis tied to this email.
If you know your security questions you could change your password with Forgot ID/Password. That also allows you to use your account's recovery email address which I assume is the one you want to recover or snail mail to get a temp password. Otherwise try calling the Digital Assistance Center (877-273-2728).
