I have dsl service and phone service. I want to discontinue my landline phone but keep my DSL service. I cannot afford to lose the DSL service.
What are the steps necessary to cancel landline and keep DSL?

If this is legacy DSL with 150G data cap, I believe you have to have phone service. Cancelling one phone cancels both services.
If this is ATT Uverse with 1T data cap, phone is not required.
If you have the mobility home phone and internet (WHPI) then wireless home phone is not required.
Edit... The link listed in post 2 is from 2012. The individual had to cancel both services and sign back up for a new DSL account. I do not believe you can sign up a new DSL account anymore as company moves to all IP based internet. This cancel phone, cancels internet and likely ordering Wireless hotspot from cell tower if Fixed Wireless is not offered. Or looking for a different provider
