Well, I had the same sentiments initially for the service, but any issues I had later on were dealt professionally.

I bought pair of phones, and signed an AT&T contract as I transitioned to a new job in a new city. When I arrived at my new apartment for this job, I found that I did not have coverage. I called repair, who told me that they would repair it in a few days and call me back. Over the last three months they've set a new "repair by" date about every two weeks. Meanwhile, I no longer can return the phone without eating the full cost of the phones.
