Uverse internet unstable and generally ridiculously slow
My network speed is ridiculously slow, often less than 0.5 Mbs download. When I reset the router, it can be 25-30 Mbs for 10 minutes, then it dies again.
Tried to call ATT, all I could get was a text message with a link. Useless. All it suggests is to restart the router. After going to the trouble to call, it is insulting to be redirected to a help page with elementary suggestions.
Contract expires soon, time to start looking around.
