This has got to be the worse company to use for internet service. Any one else having issue?

From billing, to unclaimed promises, incompetent customer service. Slow or no service!!!! I can not wait until this year is up so I can find a better company.

I am in full agreement with you, Comcast is the worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I have had this service only since October, and it's been nothing but problem, after problem,after problem. I wish I could post some conversation from chat with the so called customer service.
