The worst experience ever!

I have been on hold to speak to a representative for over 2 hours. I will never be a att customer again!

I agree. At&t has the worst customer service. First off, they cut my girl friends Internet service because she did not make a payment, she made a payment the same day and 24 hours later still no service. We called customer service and they say that it will take 2 to 3 hours more for the service to be reconnected because they have to wait for the payment to be posted. 48 hours later still no service.
