Trouble signing into myatt.com

I sympathize with your difficulty. The only aid I can offer is when calling ask for THE LOYALTY DEPARTMENT. This group quite skilled and found to be quite helpful.

Sympathize with you on sign in problem ]. I refer to earlier recommendation made to ask for Loyalty Department when calling ATT for assistance. I find the personnel in this group to be quite competent.

I am going through the same problem. Two days not able to access my emails. I tried through Yahoo, myatt, and AT&T-- no assistance available. I did get a phone number and was answered by a robot who emailed me a reset --emailed me how do you tell a robot it won't be received if I can't access my emails. Deplorable customer service all around-- Yahoo and AT&T.

I sympathize with your problems & ATT tech help at tel. ending with 2020. My only suggestion is to try closing your account & reestablishing it online. Also delete all cookies. Possibly a ATT employee will read your posts and give advice. I found the counseling to be correct when this occurs. Now how to trigger this counsel I know not.

I've never had a problem or issue signing into myatt.com to pay my home phone & DIRECTV bill. Today I go to sign in, it will not allow me too. It takes me to a shop & support page. There is an icon to sign in & when you click on that, it takes you to the same page. Calling AT&T is useless as well because they tell you your signed in somewhere. I only sign into that page, once per month. I always log out after paying my bill. When I asked if they can sign me out so I can sign back in, they tell me there is nothing else they can do, just go to their mobile app to pay my bill. Seriously considering cancelling my home phone & internet service with them bc their customer service absolutely stinkks, instead of trying to solve the problem or get me to some when in the tech department to try to figure this out. The CSR wouldn't even let me speak to a Supervisor until I was screaming at her, then I sat on hold for one for 15 minutes, at least & still didn't get one.

Yes, these problems do occur with AT&T & the techies at the telephone # ending in 2020 lack competence. Hopefully your distress will be seen by a ATT - Community specialist. These specialists very competent & withe desire to eliminate problems like yours.
