Schedule Installation appointment more than 2 weeks away

Hello, I am writing you to see if you can help me about the date of the installation scheduled for July 17th,2014. I ordered internet back in June 26th, 2014 and the confirmation order said that the equipment will be delivered around June 3rd. So far I haven't had any luck not equipment received yet and I find too many days apart to send someone for the installation. Can you please let me know the status of my order as I had tried to get the information on the status web page but it tells me an error has occurred or the system is down and unable to give me the information.

Order Number:

 

Telephone #

 

Order Status: Processing . We received your order and it's scheduled to complete on the date displayed.

 

Date Ordered: 06/27/14

 

Due Date: 07/17/14

 

Activation Date: 07/17/14

 

Activation Time: 08:00 PM

 

Install Status: On Schedule
