Schedule Installation appointment more than 2 weeks away

Hello, I am writing you to see if you can help me about the date of the installation scheduled for July 17th,2014. I ordered internet back in June 26th, 2014 and the confirmation order said that the equipment will be delivered around June 3rd. Can you please let me know the status of my order as I had tried to get the information on the status web page but it tells me an error has occurred or the system is down and unable to give me the information.
