I qualified for THREE rewards cards. 1) $100 for ordering TV, 2) $50 for ordering internet, and 3) $50 for ordering both together.
After having activated my account well over a month ago, I have received notification regarding ONE of these reward cards. I have called customer support many times, and have been on hold accumulating over 5 hours. I am BEYOND irritated.
ATT customer support is NON existent. Someone better help me ASAP. I am sooooo over this.
