Service needs to be active for 30days. You will also need to check it thru rewardcenter.att.com and enter your account number and zip code. Once you it shows claim it now, click on it so it can be processed and shipped out.
Its been over 4 weeks. I have not received the reward notification letter yet... calling the reward line just puts me on hold for a looong time and they can't find my account number when entering my associated accnt info. Is this just something I have to keep waiting for?
