Reward Visa card

I got my card today I activated it but every where I go it's declined. Why Is this happening?

That's pretty strange! You should contact our Rewards Center Help Desk at 800-288-9983 to see why it's being declined.

I called the reward center and was on hold for 50 minutes and no one ever picks up!! That is poor customer service! We lost our visa gift card and has been trying to get it replaced without success.

I have been unable to get through to request and a cancel and reissue of our gift card. My wife lost it and we were hoping to be able to use it on our vacation.

Unfortunately, after trying throughout the day and on hold for more than 2 hours combined with ever even speaking with someone, was quiet disappointing. Not to mention frustrating to no end!
