This is obviously a time honored tradition with AT&T.
Every since I had fiber optic internet installed in both my house and my mother's there has been nothing but problems!!! They made 3 different appointments at my moms to come back and bury her wire. ALL 3 TIMES I had to take off work (mom is 86 years old with mobility problems). On all 3 occassions they did not come or call!!!
On top of that, EVERY SINGLE BILL has been incorrect, and of course always in their favor. Everytime you call about a billing issue you are on the phone for a minimum of 30 minutes.
CAUTION... if I had it to do over I would use ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN AT&T !!!!!!
Inexcusable, horrible, horrible service!!!!!!
AND THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT CORRECTED. When I am finished with this post I am filing a complaint with the BBB
