Re: Payment

Hey @Texas210,

Let us help!

Service is disconnected about 40 days after the last past due bill was generated. Accounts are terminated after about 80 days after the last past due bill was generated. It can take about 3 months after that for it to go into collections. If you feel like you can't make your payment in full, we offer payment arrangements. Check out our support article with more information on how to make payment arrangements.

Let us know if you have any other questions!
