New Question About DSL Plans

Hi me again.

I've been trying to upgrade my DSL Lite plan to DSL Xtreme 3.0Mbps but everytime I upgrade I'm given no other option but to switch to U-Verse. Why is that and how do I upgrade my DSL Plan?
