Mac Filtering

Can you guys help me turn off the Mac filtering on my account? Reason being that the page won’t load in for me and I accidentally locked everyone including myself out. It would be much help if you guys could do it for me. Thanks.

Hey @Frankei564,


To disable MAC Filtering log into your Gateway with Your Modem Access Code > select Home Network > Mac Filtering > change Enabled to Disabled > Save.
