I have an old legacy Prodigy.net email account from the early 90's. This is a hold over used to validate a number of site access points. I can get to this from my web browser, but suddenly, over Easter weekend 2019, I can no longer receive any email using Outlook 2016. This happened before and I had to get an Encryption Key from AT&T. What happened this time and what do I need to do to reset this please.
