Internet Billing

Hi!

I got AT&T internet installed on Monday, January 21st. I was told that after it was installed, I would be charged on my Auto Pay. I was wondering when I was going to be deducted since it still hasn't charged my account yet.

We're here to help. Your first full month of service is billed in advance. You can expect to see your next bill will be charged next month. Check out the link for more information.

I just received my first bill that says January 21-February 21. I enrolled in Auto Pay and would like to know what date that will be coming out of my account.

Hi @laa1214!

No worries, we've got you covered! Your AutoPay automatically deducts funds from your chosen payment method(bank account or credit card) about two days before the bill due date and applies them to the account.

Thank you, but I just need to know when my bill due date is. That what I'm confused about.

You can find your monthly due date on the statement in the top right corner in a colorful circle.
