You can follow the steps to Change your Wi-Fi network information in our support article.
We also have an article with steps on how to Make Payment Arrangements. The top of the page may say 'Wireless', but it applies to all services.

Thank you I will try changing my wifi to see if that helps I have been out a lot of money buying phones I know it's probably the guy next door because he is the only one close to me.
