ok this is my situation, I got charged with $240 for a wall jack. When I requested the service, they told me there was no any charge, and if there was going to be any charge, the techinician will notice me before he provided any service. But when the techinician came, he told me he could just provide the service for free, and contact the customer care if I got charged for any amount for today's service. after a month, I was shocked with $240 on my bill says computer outlet. I called in, it took me nearly 8 hours. and still problem was not solved!!!!
The customer service told me I signed something showing I was agreed with the $220 service. Wow! This is just pure fraud!
