A contacts list, i.e., a contact which represents a sublist or list of your contacts? Or just all your contacts? Just in case here's a description (post 2) on how to manage contacts lists.
Whether it is a contacts list or all you contacts you need to start with exporting the entire list since att/yahoo email doesn't allow you to export a portion of your contacts. With your contacts list showing use the Actions-> export to export the list as a .csv (text) file. You have to determine which format you want to use of the choices given. Perhaps start with Yahoo CSV. It's just a text file so you can edit it any way that "works".
If it's a contacts list within the entire set of contacts look for the list name in the text file and delete all the rest.
Once you have the text file as you like it you can just send it to whoever you want. They can import the list into their email.
