Email address to complaint/resolution department

Hello AT&T,
I am looking for an email address to your complaint/resolution department. This is in regards to an account that was incorrectly set up, was supposed to have been cancelled and I have just found out has gone to collection.

I was given this email address: consumer.appeals@att.com which I believe is not correct. I would like to write in a private forum as some of the information is personal (my account number, addrees...etc).

Please provide me with a private forum in which I can write to you in regards to this. Thank you.
