Email address not recognized
I can't get into my email account. On my iPad or at att.net it is not recognized. Chat doesn't have email help that I can find an no help number. Has anyone else ever had this problem.

Do you have other devices where you can access your email? Did it ever work on the ipad? Do you have a legacy att account that has been recently "unmerged"? Are you sure your account and password are currently accepted?
If you are not sure your account or password are working I suggest is to use a browser to try to log into the att/yahoo webmail by going to start.att.net and clicking the mail icon in the upper right. If you can't log in that way there's no sense even trying to troubleshoot the ipad's problem. You have a account password problem that needs straightening out.
If you can log in through the webmail then verify the ipad's email settings using the info described here.

My att.net email is not being recognized when I try to sign in. It switches me over to Yahoo as it always does, and now my email address is not recognized. Help! I need to work and check my emails!
