Since it was initially installed, make sure you check if its reset by 1/11/19, since that’s the day after your billing cycle was installed.

I am experiencing the same issue. Yes, it reset properly last month. Today is the day that it resets. When I check my usage for the past 24 hours it reads about 4 gb but one the main page it reads that 233 gb has been used with 30 days remaining in the cycle. In AT&T Home Manager it säys I still have 3 days left yet in my despite the fact it previously was reset on the 7th.

Had Fixed Wireless Internet installed on 3/12/19. At the time it said I had 10 days before reset. Each day it was counting down correctly the number of days, however today the days reset to 31 yet the data didn’t reset. As of last night before reset I had used about 60GB out of the 212. Today after some use, maybe 4GB I happened to check the App and website and it like I mentioned shows 31 days left in cycle, yet that I already used 63.11GB. Clearly the counter didn’t reset. I called and spot with someone who didn’t really answer my problem. I want to be sure that my data resets correctly, it’s not an insignificant amount to have it not reset. Any help is appreciated
