When I go into the contact page and select internet or wireless (I have both), the chat live option no longer appears. Did AT&T discontinue the chat live service? I like to use it because I can get a copy of the interaction. Otherwise, I speak on the phone with someone in a different country and often have trouble understanding. This way, I can review the conversation and make sense of it. Anyone know if chat live is still available?

Have spent the last 10 minutes searching for live chat. Giving up. It shouldn’t be this hard. It wasn’t this hard before. It just popped up to remind us they were available. Now I have to go looking and even then still can’t find it. Whatev....

I asked for a chat transcript to be emailed to me and the Rep would only give me the ID. I had to take screen shots of the chat.
