Cannot log in to pay internet bill.

I cannot get into online account to review and pay bill. Icon just spins and spins. I used the link in the ATT billing email. Spinning. Tried logging in direct at My AT&T & still get only spinning icon. Emptied cache, cleared history, cleared cookies. Still nothing except spinning. I have no mobile device, no phone, no ap, just home computer internet.

I understand you're having issues paying your bill, so let's help address what you can do!

Have you tried using a different web browser? Doing so will normally resolve any login issues.
If that doesn't work, please try updating your login password when signing in, as that will also normally resolve any login issues.

Let us know after trying both of these steps if you're able to login.

I’ve tried all of above.I’ve never been so disgusted  with att. I went to your att store gave them all my info for auto pay  they definitely didn’t do there job. This is not the first time they let me down. Now there talking of stopping my usage.Then there going to charge me to restore it.I’ve been with your company over 25 years.Now I’m never been as disappointed an fed up with att.I’m wondering if I should leave att. I’ts not worth all the crap I’ve put up with.Mary Butler All I want to is pay the bill it’s to late now I’ve tried all day. With no success. It should not be so difficult boy I’m so frustrated…

I again tried to sign on and can’t. It keeps telling me the user or password is not correct. I’ve already changed my password… This is crazy!!!!!! And really frustrarating .now no one  has to go. Thur all this crap. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult on simple task to log on . Can you understand  why I’m so fed up…….Mary Butler
