I needed to make a payment arrangement, but the site said I have to pay the full amount first. This makes no sense and I can't find any non-phone contact method. They don't even do private messages on the forum anymore. How can I fix this? ?

You can set up a payment arrangement online. If you don’t see any options listed after your due date in the myAT&T calendar, then you’re not eligible to schedule a payment arrangement. Also, your payment history may exclude some payment methods. These and more details can be found within the article linked above. Let us know how helpful this information is to you. If it is past the due date, you cannot make payment arrangements. You have to make payment arrangements BEFORE your bill is due.

Thank you for reaching back to us! Are your past due on you bill? If yes, you have to make full payment on the payment due. You can only schedule payment arrangement in advance to your bill due date.
