Let us help!
Check out our support article on how to Enable MAC address filtering. When you enable MAC address filtering, only devices that you've enabled can connect to your network. However, you will have to gather the MAC address for every device you connect to the network.

I'm a AT&T customer and l need help blocking a device from my Wi-Fi I've been trying for a while but it's just not working. I've tried Changing my password and Wi-Fi name, hiding my Wi-Fi SSID so it doesn't show up on other devices, MAC Filtering, and I even changed my router access code. When l first joined AT&T there was an option on the app to just plainly block specific devices now that options gone. Do you have any other solutions.
