Being charged for service call troubleshooting when no internet service available at address!!!

Hello,

I have been trying to add a line to my account but can't due to an "Outstanding Balance" on my account.  I ordered U-Verse internet service at my previous address 3 years ago. AT&T came out to install U-Verse but the tech couldn't get it to work. AT&T sent 2 more techs and finally the 3rd tech said the reason it doesn't work is because the U-Verse service was not available at my address!  I was then charged over $200 for service calls that were absolutely not my fault.  AT&T should know where they offer internet service and where they don't.  I have been fighting this for 3 years and it has also hit  my credit.  I have spoken with 3 different people at AT&T and all 3 say they will get it fixed.  Spoke to someone this past Saturday and she assured me it would be gone on 12-3-18, which didn't happen.

Can someone please help me get this charge removed from my account?  I will supply my account number when contacted by an AT&T rep (if I get contacted....)

So the official response from AT&T is that I need to contact Internal Collections? Really???

I have done this 3 times now and am getting no where!  That is the reason I posted here, no one at  AT&T wants to take the initiative to fix this problem that was not created by me!

This is corporate America for you at its finest right here ladies and gentlemen.  Pass the buck is the only thing that happens, AT&T does not care about you as a customer.  They say they do, but they don't.  Looks like it is time to cancel my wireless service and go to another carrier, not that it will be much better I'm sure.....
