Bad customer service, (technician - Bobby) and refused to give me my refund because I cancelled my s
On March 29, At &T was supposed to come connect my internet, unfortunately they went to the wrong resident , They explain it happens every once in a while. So I cancelled my service, called for a refund they stated payment will be mailed to you by check (Still haven't received it) A Rep. called , she was so nice and convince me to give them another chance. Tried to get the service set for after 3pm , the technician verbally stated he will not wait around for someone to get home to connect the slowest internet subscription, so I cancelled the service a second time. Now I'm trying to get my money back and they refused to give me back my money. [Edited to comply with Guidelines]
