Att smart home manager is being accessed by guests
My Att smart home manager is being accessed by someone connected to my wifi. They have hidden their devices as well so I can not see when they are connected. Is there an option to sign out of all people on my smart home network and limit only me as the administrator. Is there a way to show devices that have been hidden? I have reset password to my wifi before. But they get it or reset my router at my home which let's them log in all over again. Please help me.
Re: Att smart home manager is being accessed by guests
Any idea who is doing this? Family, friends of family? Change network name and password on gateway. Change the access code too. Change password to sign in to the smart home manager to a different one than the gateway. Look at all devices connected to smart home manager. If you don’t recognize it, select it and then select block this device.
If possible, secure the gateway so no one can reset it to factory defaults, take the yellow decal with the network name off the gateway and hide it.
In the wifi settings if the gateway hide the WiFi password.
Turn off password sharing in all family members smartphones.
