AT&T Reward is just a scam

I installed my internet and TV bundle 40 days ago.

However, I did not receive any reward notification mail.

Going to the reward website is useless, because it says " I cannot find your information" even though I input the correct account number and zip code.

Calling the reward center is useless, because nobody picks up.

What am I supposed to do?
