Why isn't there internet service in my area (75075)?
I live in Plano TX and currently have both Direct TV and cell service via At&t. Most of Plano can get internet as well; why isn't it available in my zip code? Looking at the service map, I live in a small area that doesn't have service; why does all of Plano get At&t and not my neighborhood?

there anyone (FCC, TX PUC, etc.) that I can talk to about getting more
choices in my area?
I'm asking because I'm currently a Frontier customer (previously Verizon),
I've had their service for over a decade. Unfortunately, I've been
experiencing a lot of issues with them lately and REALLY want to switch
providers. Since I have At&t for both TV(direct TV) and cell plans; I
wanted to switch to At&t for bundle benefits. I'm really frustrated by the
limited selection in my area.
