When will fiber opticsevice be available.
I live in Kern City Senior retirement community, zip code 93309. I was told it should be available in late 2018. Part of the neighborhood was converted several months ago then it seems like work stopped? It is now February 2019 and I can't find ANY possible timetable. I tried the AT&T DSL but the switches and equipment was so old that I could NOT get any reliable service at all. Had to switch to VIASAT. High speed but way too costly but I need the high speed for the .PDF files I receive from escrow companies on a regular basis. Thank You
