We made this order online on 1/3/17 and we can't seem to get anyone to honor what your online system confirmed. We have been on the phone for hours with many different Att service people who gave us many different reasons why there there was a problem. the issue was around the internet price. One person said that the problem was a computer glitch and then hung up on it before fixing the problem. Another confirmed that as the problem and was transferring me to someone who could fix the problem but we ended up back in the call cue and when we finally talked to someone they said they were not the right people. The next time we called we were told that it was a problem with the fact the cell service we have with Att was in my wife's name and did not match the new order in my name. She said she was going to fix but her fix still has the internet price at $10 more and now has an installation charge. We repeated asked to send a copy of what ATT confirmed online but everyone says they could not receive an email
If you can not fix this we are not only going to cancel this service we are also going to cancel our cell service as well. It should not be this hard to buy services from you.
