Incline Village, NV -- General Fiber Internet Availability
Hello AT&T Fiber Internet Community in NV,
I represent the Tahoe Racquet Club HOA Technology Committee located at 989 Tahoe Boulevard in Incline Village, NV. It is my understanding many businesses and residences in the town of Incline Village already have access to AT&T's Fiber Internet network. It was also my understanding broad access to this network laid along/under NV 28 (Tahoe Blvd) would become available to the community at large over the summer of 2019. Since summer is drawing to a close and there has been no official communication from AT&T, I assume this milestone was not achieved and is therefore delayed another year due to TRPA's regulations for not breaking ground past a specific date.
A couple of questions:
- I have been checking https://www.att.com/internet/fiber/ on a routine basis, and nothing has changed in our neighborhood. Is this the best way to verify availability?
- Is there a new ECD for broad Fiber availability in our area? Where does this information live?
- Is there a way to help prioritize our neighborhood of 101 units?

Welcome to the AT&T forums, we'd be more than happy to address your issues and concerns.
AT&T is constantly working on providing service and expanding to all our customers in different areas, however there is no ETA of when Fiber service will be coming.
As stated by your original message, the best place to check availability of fiber service is the main website you provided, under the "check availability" tab. if you currently do not see your specific address, then it's currently not available.

I very much appreciate you following up with me directly. However, I also feel the response was primarily a generic copy & past template that failed to address the finer points and questions of my inquiry for the Incline Village area on the whole. As mentioned previously, there are already businesses and residence in our immediate area that have access to the AT&T Fiber network. It's a small town, and word gets around quite quickly. With that,

We understand that your interested in getting fiber to your area. Don't worry, we can point you in the right direction.
Take a look at this page here, at the bottom of page there is a form you can fill out that will help with getting services to your area.
There is no ECD on when fiber services would be available.
