Fiber in my neighborhood

I'm tired of the endless loop of 'please check this page' and/or 'sign up here to be alerted' links.  Instead of saying when it will be on my block when it's a block away on the same type of street with the same infrastructure.  Tell me why AT&T continues to just drag their feet on this supposed massive fiber roll-out.

It's quite frustrating.
