Cost to extend fiber to my home (150 feet)

I live in a new-ish neighborhood. 2 years ago my block was built and ATT buried copper wire. I live on the edge of that phase. The next block is the newest phase. It’s about 150 feet, at most, from my house to the green box on the next block which has AT&T fiber. I highly doubt ATT will upgrade my block so I’m wondering what it would cost me to pay ATT to run the fiber line to my home. The max I can get is 18/1 meg internet. The next block over has gigabit.
