Att fiber in my location soon?
I called earlier this month regarding increasing my internet speeds (upload) I was told over the phone that 24mbps down and *UP TO* 3mbps was the only upgrade. I get online and open chat and have been told twice fiber will be available by the end of the month. Who do I believe? Don’t want to pay 99$ installation fee for a tad bit faster internet speeds and in 2 weeks have fiber available.

They are liars. I got At&t service because I was told by the representative selling me the service that we’d have fiber. After 4hrs of installation, I asked the technician about all the fiber optic advantages and he told me that my service was not optic fiber because it’s not available on my street! So I cancelled everything at the same day and now I’m receiving a bill. Don’t trust them and have everything you do with them documented.
