Installation Fee

Hi there

 

I live in an apartment complex that already has ATT installed. I had ordered the internet and had it mailed (wiring and modem) to my apartment for self installation. I was installing over the phone with ATT reps and a technician knocked on the door. He came in, was maybe there for approx. 10 minutes to see if I set it up correctly, and then left. I was charged $99 for the "installation fee." I do not know believe that warrants a $99 charge. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
