Call your local utilities marking number. Ask who placed the order. They should tell you. Are other neighbors yards marked, other utilities marked?

The neighbor's yard is marked as well where the fiber line runs through it. Will see what I can find. Last time I checked with the local utilities marking number for my own project, they didn't even have a record of the line being there. Guess it is a good thing we didn't move forward.
