Exposed Fiber Cable - how to request service?
With the recent rains we've had, part of the buried fiber optic cable has been exposed and I'm concerned with it getting damaged as it is right in the area we have to go through to take our trash cans to/from the curb and area we have to take the mower over to get between the front and back yards. I've had limited success explaining cable issues to the phone reps. Is there anyway to get this reported here and escalated to the correct group for remediation?

The best place to pose your inquiry would be the AT&T Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.

We called, stayed on hold, got transferred to the landline center who then told us that GigaPower was not AT&T. Can we please escalate this?
