Driveway damaged during fiber optic installation

In September 2018, AT&T contractors cracked our driveway while installing AT&T's fiber optic cable. The contractor promised that they would repair the driveway but nothing has yet been done to fix the problem.  We called 1-800-894-0374 to report a property damage claim on 4/26/2019 but have not yet received a return call.  Does anyone know how long does it take for AT&T to make a return call?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience as a result of the incident, we'd love to point you in the right direction! Have you been assigned a claim number by the examiner? The examiner will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report.

You can track your claim using the claim number, please call our team at 855 462 6537 to check the status.

Is there any way to find out which AT& T contractors laid the fiber optic cable in our new development!  I have entered a property damage claim and the contractor name is one of the items that the claims adjuster is requesting.  When the damage was done to our driveway we never got the name of the company or crew. Even our developer does not know who laid the cable.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
